Ordering and shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
At the moment we deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95 and is free from €30. To Belgium you pay €7.95, free from €50. You always see the exact amount at checkout.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We ship products in stock the next working day with PostNL. Within the Netherlands delivery takes 1 to 2 working days, to Belgium 2 to 4 working days.
What does "Made to order" mean?
We order products from Beauty of Joseon, Isntree and Dr.Jart+ especially for you. The delivery time for these is 1 to 2 weeks. The product page shows whether a product is in stock or made to order.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. As soon as your parcel is on its way you automatically receive an email with track and trace.
Do I get a free gift with my order?
Yes, with every order from €50 we add a little present to your parcel.
Returns
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days to change your mind from the moment you receive your order. Unopened products with an intact seal, in the original packaging, can be returned. The cost of sending items back is yours, except in case of a manufacturing defect or transport damage. You can read exactly how this works on our Shipping & Returns page.
My product arrived damaged, what now?
We will sort that out. Send us an email with a photo of the product and the packaging at info@korelle.nl and we will arrange a suitable solution.
Products and authenticity
Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes, we only sell original products. SUPPURU comes straight from the maker in Korea. We buy Beauty of Joseon, Isntree and Dr.Jart+ through a regular wholesaler.
How do I know which products suit my skin?
Take our skin test. You answer a few short questions and get a routine tailored to you from our selection. If you are not sure, feel free to email us for personal advice.
What about the shelf life?
Korean packaging shows the production date or the best before date. After opening, the PAO symbol on the packaging also applies: if it says 12M, for example, the product keeps for 12 months after opening.
Payment and account
How can I pay?
You pay through Shopify's secure checkout. The available payment methods, including iDEAL, are shown at checkout.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can also order as a guest. With a free account you do automatically collect Glows with every order, which you exchange for a discount.
What is KORELLE Rewards?
Our loyalty programme. You collect Glows with every purchase and exchange them for a discount or free shipping. You can read all about it on the KORELLE Rewards page.
