Shipping
We send your order with PostNL, carefully packed.
- Shipping cost: € 4.95, free from € 30
- Dispatch: usually shipped the next working day
- Delivery time: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch within the Netherlands
- Delivery area: the Netherlands and the rest of the EU (delivery to other EU countries may take a little longer)
As soon as your order is on its way, you receive a track and trace by email. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock for a moment, we let you know as soon as possible.
Returns
Not completely happy? You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt.
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt
- Only unopened products in the original, undamaged packaging
- The cost of returning is at your own expense
