Shipping
We ship with PostNL, from the Netherlands. We only deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: € 4.95, free from € 30
- Belgium: € 7.95, free from € 50

Delivery time
- In stock: shipped the next working day
- Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
- Belgium: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
- Made to order: we order products from Beauty of Joseon, Isntree and Dr.Jart+ especially for you. The delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks.
The product page shows whether a product is in stock or made to order. As soon as your order is on its way, you receive a track and trace by email.
Returns
You have 14 days to change your mind from the moment you receive your order.
- Report your return within 14 days via info@korelle.nl
- Only unopened products with an intact seal, in the original packaging
- For hygiene reasons we do not take back opened products, except in case of a manufacturing defect or transport damage
- The cost of sending items back is yours, except in case of a manufacturing defect or transport damage
